Dr. Timothy Andrew, is a Policy and Governance Officer. He is serving at the Nairobi Convention as the Project Coordinator for the Western Indian Ocean Large Marine Ecosystems Strategic Action Programme Policy Harmonisation and Institutional Reforms (SAPPHIRE) project.
Dixon has over 20 years work experience in programme formulation and coordination. He has worked for, and with governments, non-governmental organizations, and research institutions on project design, implementation and coordination, in the diverse fields of, wildlife conservation and management, biodiversity assessment and monitoring, biodiversity information management, community biodiversity conservation, environmental impact assessment for many states in Africa.
